Order Processing

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before your order is shipped. During busy periods, processing times may occasionally take slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email where applicable. Please note, due to us working with multiple warehouses to find you the best prices, these order processing times are estimates.

- International Orders: Delivery times may vary depending on location
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by:

While we work hard to ensure orders arrive on time, exact delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, your order may already be processed or dispatched and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
We can usually update address details within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes. We will try to work with you the best we can if you email us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

- clear photos of the item
- a brief description of the issue
